Ash Compression
A generous sized ash can is mounted at the front for easy access. Burn up to 2 tonnes of fuel before emptying the ash.
Compressor Cleaning
Full compressor cleaning of both the burner and heat exchanger. All RTB boilers are fully equipped with compressor cleaning and the compressor is included with the boiler as standard.
Internet Connection
You’re in good company with the thousands of NBE systems already registered online. All RTB boilers come fully web enabled as standard. Just connect to your router with an RJ45 cable, register your boiler with Stokercloud and you are on the map.
The Stokercloud service is free to use and all boilers are monitered by NBE in Denmark. If NBE spots unusual activity or persistant problems then they will contact you via email to offer their assistance. Once you have your system registered with Stokercloud then simply visit their website and either select your system from the map or enter your user name in the search bar to access the system.
From there you can view what’s happening and login if you want to make alterations, such as switching your heating on.
